Ask your Members of Congress to support trans troops!

NDAA Graphic

Two years ago, President Trump shocked military leaders with a tweet announcing he would ban transgender people from serving in the military. Since April of this year, trans service members have been living under constant threat of discharge. Now, a must-pass piece of legislation has a chance to undo the damage. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has an amendment affirming that our military can’t discriminate based on who a person is - including whether or not they are transgender.

Here’s the bottom line: we need you to contact your legislator using the form below TODAY (We've created a sample for you!), letting your elected officials know you support this amendment, named for former President Harry S. Truman, who integrated our Armed Forces via executive order in 1948. Let’s keep brave, patriotic Americans from facing discrimination and discharge.
